The ship is very old and badly needs refurbishment. The staff, as usual, were excellent. The ship was cold and I had to buy a cardigan to keep warm. The fiords were lovely. The excursions mostly good. The best one being the day we left the ship. It was a trip to Blue Mountains. Very good indeed. Thank you to whoever arranged our hotel and transport from airport to hotel and hotel to port. They were excellent.
The ship was well appointed and the staff gave excellent service. The evening entertainment was poor, well below the standard set by other cruises we have been on.
