Regatta epitomises everything that Oceania Cruises stand for, with the ship having been designed to provide the ultimate in quality, personalising the experience for all passengers. For a start, it offers one of the highest guest-to-crew ratios at sea, with some 400 members of staff serving 684 passengers.

This sense of quality is something that guests will notice from the moment they board Regatta, with several of the ship's design elements helping to reinforce the sense of class and luxury. Glossy wood panelling, made from the finest teak, as well as custom tiling in the lounges, serve to recreate the ambiance of a country club, where all passengers are VIP members.

This is continued in the cabins, each of which comes with Oceania Cruises' exclusive Tranquility Beds, featuring the finest mattresses you're ever likely to sleep on, not to mention luxurious down duvets and Egyptian cotton blankets. Around two-thirds of all cabins come with their own balcony too, while the Staterooms, Penthouse Suites and the Owner's Suite provide the ultimate in luxury cruise accommodation.

After a multi-million dollar refurbishment was applied to Oceania's Renaissance R-Class ships in 2014, Regatta received considerable updates to decor, furnishings and features. All public lounges were refreshed, a new sea inspired colour palette was applied, suites were updated and an additional refreshment venue - Baristas was brought onboard.

Regatta's Owner and Vista Suites now feature deluxe wall-to-wall marble bathrooms and the Penthouse Suites benefit from new decor and furnishings.

Whatever food you're looking for, and whatever environment you want to eat in, you'll find it aboard Oceania Regatta. For a casual yet elegant dining experience be sure to head to the Grand Dining Room where you'll receive top-quality service and, not to mention, world-class cuisine.

Alternatively, you could treat yourself to a pizza or pasta dish at the onboard Italian restaurant, Toscana, or head to the Terrace Café, where you'll be able to enjoy delicious dining inside and out, including regional specialities using fresh ingredients.

Polo Grill is a classic and sophisticated venue serving succulent 28-days dry aged beef dishes, grilled swordfish and more in a refined and comfortable setting, while the poolside Waves Grill offers gourmet burgers, steaks and Poke Bowls for those who don't want to take a break from sunbathing while they eat.

For complimentary coffees and homemade biscotti, Oceania's signature Baristas coffee bar offers the perfect pick me up. A slower pace can be enjoyed with Afternoon Tea in Horizons. Four tier pastry carts brimming with delicious delicacies entice all onboard.

There are endless leisure opportunities onboard the Regatta, with no fewer than eight lounges for guests to socialise or relax. Of these, Martini's is among the best, with a fantastic cocktail list for guests to enjoy while the pianist in residence sets the mood.

The Show Lounge is the place to be for nightly performances covering everything from side-splitting comedy to racy cabaret, while the sports deck offers a range of classic holiday activities, such as a putting green and shuffleboard.

If you fancy a flutter, be sure to spend an evening in the onboard casino, while those who are looking to relax are sure to find the perfect treatment at the rejuvenating Onbaord Spa.

There is also a pool, fitness centre and running track onboard.
