Customer reviews for Rhapsody of the Seas
We had a very nice time.
Excellent staff and pleasant guests. Great buffet food choice. Easy transfers and check in.
Hotel Mauro in Sirmione very disappointing. Dated and poor fixtures and fittings and linen. Remote situation with 50 minute walk into Sirmione and access to Lake Garda and the ferry. 2 double rooms booked but one was extremely small and dark - unsatisfactory. Complete contrast to hotel in Mestre which was intra modern and an excellent position for bus into Venice. Cruise excellent
Lake Como hotel was excellent also one in Venice. Taxis were on time and in Milan the driver even took us into railway station. Although the cruise ship was older stil gave us first class service. All in all an excellent holiday
