Excellent service from Planet Cruise tailoring the holiday to our specific requirements. Absolutely delighted with Oceania Riviera. Our first cruise with them but certainly not our last! There isn’t the same level of entertainment as on some other cruise lines with larger ships but we were personally happy to sacrifice “being entertained” for the excellent service and dining.
Great cruise package. Little hiccup at the start with transfers but was resolved to our satisfaction, Riviera is a fantastic ship with excellent and friendly staff. Itinerary was very intensive but nice to get back on board to relax'Will & Jenny
Very good embarkation,quick and efficient Cabin /suite good standard and comfortableButler excellent and so helpful. Food very good except for last night not up to standard in the Italian restaurant. Not much in the way of day time activity Bridge non existent as it was not hosted Shows only average . But the positive points are the length the staff go to make you feel welcome.
