SEABOURN WERE ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS IN EVERY WAY , BUT ALSO I WOULD ADD THIS COMMENT TO ALL STAFF AT PLANET CRUISE . I HAVE ONLY BEEN USING PLANET CRUISE FOR A SHORT TIME, AND HAVE FOUND THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL VALUE FOR MONEY AND ALWAYS KEEP ME IN THE PICTURE AT EVERY STAGE , I WOULD JUST LIKE A MENTION FOR MAGGIE WHO HELPED US BOOK THIS CRUISE SHE WAS GREAT .
Poor support off ship when in port, other companies far more attentive Transfer home badly organised, promised Seabourn rep never turned up at hotel leaving coach driver to get us to airport. Staff on board heard arguing with each other or complaining about passengers on a few occasions. Food was very good although TK grill disappointing.
