The accommodation before the cruise was well placed and also after.transfers were very good also.went very smoothly.
Lovely trip and amazing scenery. Staff all friendly and helpful on board. Being a novice didn't realise how many months in advance you needed to book some excursions so missed out on one in Sitka I really wanted to do. Not sure what the point of the new Haines stop was as it was too late in the day to do anything and there is nothing there! Only thing that spoilt it was the current flight and airport chaos. Would have missed connection at Heathrow coming back if it hadn't been delayed 2 hours and that was meant to be with 4 hours to the next flight. Still don't know where my suitcase is 48 hours after returning.
Cabin was good, dining was poor, but service in dining room was good. Service in lounges was poor entertainment did not last very long. Good, but could have been better.
