Shore excursions variable in quality and expensive. Drinks expensive.

Everything was excellent apart from two things. The ships tour in Japan was very disappointing and poor value. I advised RCI on board and since arriving back in the UK. As yet have not received any reply. From your package the hotel in Beijing was good but the Hotel Elizabeth in Singapore was not up to 4 star standard.

It was our first cruise so I have nothing to compare with but we found it to be fabulous. The ship had everything anyone could need for a great holiday . The food was plentiful and I don’t know anyone who couldn’t have found something to eat out of all the choices. I would recommend this holiday, thank you for a wonderful experience.

Food was generally cold, service was very patchy, trips were very expensive and lacked content, entertainment was poor.

Did not like the USA cruise ship as much as the others I have been on.

China five day stay and sights were amazing, hotels good and clean, food very good. 12 day cruise with Royal Caribbean very disappointing. Food cold and not cooked properly, stomach upset twice on the ship. Trips very expensive and poor service, coaches very dirty and not to there usually standards.

Food was awful, cold, staff didnt know what they were serving when asked, service very slow,Entertainment was terrible apart from barricade boys and Darren day. Shall never sail Royal Caribbean again.

Food was poor and cold. Entertainment very poor. No party feeling when leaving. Tried to go on bumper cars/ wall climbing, was not available at time stated. Trips ashore was very expensive. Larger run out halfway though cruise. As we got on ship, it seemed as though ship was geared up purely to take clients money where it should have been to make clients special. Worst cruise I have ever experienced.

Very overpriced for things on ship, drinks etc. Entertainment poor. When asking- excursions staff questions about trips they did not have the information Also, when getting shown to table for evening meal, waitress walking around with map, as she had not been trained as to where tables numbers were. Food in main dining rooms were repetitive every night so we were forced to go to the buffet restaurant for more choice

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, the China tour was amazing but could have had a little time to explore on our own . The arrangement for shuttle buses wasn't great and we had to wait over an hour for one to take us back to ship in Hong Kong in very hot humid weather . The comedians on the ship were really poor. The room at the Metropolitan in Tokyo was very small , apparently Room Superior means your room is on a high floor ?!!. Other Hotel Rooms were fine.
