Staff was brilliant and friendly, ship alot yo do, the only thing that lef the hoilday down was get put of ship at 8-10 waiting on transfer for 1 hour and half and no seats and sitting in airport till 5,15 till the plane took off ,I would think twice about booking again with this company

We had a great experience on our very first cruise. Planet cruise staff were very helpful and informative when I booked the cruise with them. We sailed with Royal Carribean where we had a great time, wonderful attentive staff, fantastic entertainment programme and the dining was a lovely experience. Our inside stater room was adequate and proved a great base to sleep/wash as we spent most of our time up deck. The cleanliness of our room and the whole ship was fabulous, nothing to complain of here. The entertainment shows were so professional and there was something for everyone. The ship felt totally safe and non threatening at all times. I did however feel that we got ripped off by Royal Carribean having to pay $40 for a shuttle bus just to get from the ship to the front of the port at La Spezia having waited in long queues to get on the bus. I have put a complaint in and awaiting an answer. The cost of the drinks was a little extortionate and as we are not big drinkers we did not purchase the alcohol package as it was not for us. We met other lovely people on our trip who too seemed to be having a great time and I look forward to booking another one in the near future
