You certainly won't struggle to find a good meal aboard the Carnival Conquest. Formal dinner duty is handled by two double-tiered rooms (the Monet and Renoir - the former is more appealing thanks to the fact it has windows on three sides). You can expect salads, appetisers and chilled soups with entrees consisting of pasta, meat, fish and vegetarian options on the nightly rotating menus.
Particularly joyous are the waiters in the main dining room, who entertain people with clapping, singing and dancing to the digitised music. It's all good fun.
Tipping is expected and appreciated by service staff - $11.50 per person a day is recommended by Carnival's online guide.
