The first ship in the Ritz-Carlton Collection fleet, those who love all aspects of luxury cruising will not be disappointed in the service, facilities, and ambience onboard Evrima. Meanwhile, those who are new to cruising but are fans of the highly-esteemed Ritz-Carlton hotels will appreciate the similarities onboard to what they know and love on land.

Evrima is stylish and elegant, with sleek décor and opulent yet comfortable furnishings. Suites have been well thought out, with the design offering plenty of space and a calming, neutral colour scheme. There are also a variety of public spaces, with a unique feel and atmosphere meaning there is plenty of choice when it comes to where to spend time onboard.

With less than 300 guests onboard, cruisers will enjoy personalised service (with almost 1:1 guest to staff ratio), and a flexible approach to their holiday. Each suite will benefit from the services of a personal assistant, who will do their utmost to take care of every need that might arise.

There are five brilliant dining venues onboard Evrima, each offering a varied and exquisite menu and a high standard of service.

The Evrima Room. This is a warm and inviting space, with a menu that features some tasty and exciting local favourites, as well as a variety of well-known dishes.

Mistral. This relaxed option is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and boasts a broad menu, with all dishes being prepared freshly there and then.

S.E.A. One for a special occasion, or to try at least once during your cruise, this sophisticated restaurant has a menu curated by Chef Sven Elverfeld, who works at the 3-Michelin starred restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg. Expect delicious and elegant European fare.

The Pool House. For warmer evenings head to this al fresco dining option, whose menu consists of freshly caught fish and prime cuts of meat. Perfect for simple, flavoursome food to enjoy while basking in the view.

Talaat Nam. Inspired by Southeast Asian cuisine, here you’ll find some truly tasty and memorable dishes in a stylish modern restaurant; again, with excellent attentive service as well.

Unlike mainstream cruise lines, the entertainment options available with the Ritz-Carlton Collection are simple and understated. Expect live music, books, games, and highly interesting lectures which can vary in subject matter. There are three main venues to choose from;

The Living Room – with a generous collection of books as well as sociable seating arrangements and a fabulous drinks menu, this area is superb no matter what kind of evening you’re after. With piano-bar style live music, the ambience is certainly elegant and calming.

The Observation Lounge – here you’ll find a broad range of drinks including fine wines and cocktails, and regular live music of different types. It’s perfect for meeting fellow cruisers and spending an evening relaxing sipping on your favourite tipple.

The Humidor – based on a classic gentleman’s club style, this venue is has a comfortable yet lavish feel. Here you’ll find some exquisite shorts and an array of premium cigars.

The Ritz-Carlton Collection seeks to go above and beyond all expectations, which is once again reflected in their health and wellness scheme. As well as an extensive gym with top of the range equipment, and classes such as Pilates and sunrise yoga, cruisers can benefit from the services of a personal trainer. These experts offer nutrition and lifestyle lectures as well.

As well as fitness opportunities, the ship has some superb spa facilities, with no less than five private rooms in which you can enjoy a range of treatments. There is also a Beauty Lounge and Gentleman’s Grooming Salon where you can indulge in a little pampering.

In order to provide the very best experience for guests, the Ritz-Carlton Collection offers a great range of enriching activities both on and off the ship. Onboard cruisers can make the most of the Marina, an area at the aft of the ship from which you jump straight into the sea when at anchor. The nearby Marina Terrace is also a favourite; it’s where you’ll find plenty of loungers, an infinity pool and two whirlpools. In addition to spending time in the aforementioned lounges, cruisers can browse The Boutique for clothing and accessories a la mode as well.

A great addition for those bringing little ones onboard is the Ritz-Kids club. Here there are some well thought out, educational programmes so that mini-cruisers can have an enriching travel experience as well.

Shore Excursions

Among the many reasons to cruise with The Ritz-Carlton Collection is their list of shore excursions. The choices are broad and exciting, ensuring there is something to suit all types of guest. Examples include everything from visiting a fish market with a highly-esteemed chef, before watching the creation of an impeccable dish, to kayaking through mysterious mangroves.
