The MSC Poesia is MSC Cruises' third in the Musica line of ships, and she’s a real beauty, with a lively and energetic spirit that is evident from the moment you step on board. Your first sight of the amazing reception area, a three-storey high extravaganza with a shimmering waterfall, accented in gorgeous marble and crystal, is only the beginning.
Every inch of the ship is designed just as beautifully, starting with the cabins. Accommodation styles include both interior and exterior cabins, and two different suite sizes. Each exterior cabin has its own window, and some also include private balconies; suites also have their own private balconies. People with disabilities are accommodated with cabins designed to have roomier, more accessible floor plans. Each of your accommodation choices comes with an optional upgrade package, with perks such as priority dinner seating, 24-hour room service, access to additional activities and an exclusive sun deck, and complimentary spa sessions.
The MSC Poesia travels to a broad range of locations, with itineraries that span Europe and the Mediterranean. Cruise for nine or ten nights to visit ports of call in Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, and Morocco, or cruise the eastern Mediterranean for seven nights starting in Venice, Italy, before heading to Katakolon in Greece, Istanbul in Turkey, and Dubrovnik in Croatia, and returning to Venice. Create unforgettable memories every single day, with sun-soaked ship-board days, exciting city excursions, and fantastic evenings of light and music aboard the Poesia.

Like other Musica-class ships in the MSC cruise line, the Poesia provides her passengers with an extensive range of dining options, from casual buffet to leisurely evening meals, and gourmet fare in her specialty restaurants. The buffet is open around twenty hours a day at Villa Pompeiana, serving up a wide range of tasty dishes from early morning until after midnight. For further casual dining opportunities check out one of the many clubs, bars, and lounges on board, each of which serves drinks and a different style of food.
Meals are also provided at the ship’s two restaurant-style dining rooms, Il Palladio, and Le Fontane, each providing the same excellent four-course menu with a selection of appetizers, soup or salad, main courses, and desserts from which to choose. For gourmet dining book a lunch or dinner table at Kaito, and enjoy some excellent sushi, or take your pick from the Japanese-themed menu that includes other favourites such as teriyaki chicken, and tempura, all prepared by expert chefs.
There’s always something fun happening on board the MSC Poesia, with plenty of activities on offer throughout the day, including lectures and seminars, language lessons, and exercise classes. Other activities include dance lessons, cooking demonstrations, and wine-tasting sessions at the elegant Il Grappolo D’Oro wine bar.
For people who want to keep up with their exercise routine while on board, there’s a well-appointed gym, a jogging track, and daily aerobics classes, and for those with more relaxing pursuits in mind, the ship’s spa offers a great range of wonderfully relaxing massage and beauty treatments, as well as a Jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The ship sparkles with lights every evening, and there’s plenty of night-time entertainment to be found.
The Teatro Carlo Felice is the ship’s theatre, featuring a range of exciting acts, including dancing and singing, variety shows with jugglers and acrobats, and magic and illusion shows. The ship’s many bars and clubs offer different styles of music, with Latin dancing at the Pigalle Lounge, international music at the Zebra Bar, and a DJ spinning tunes into the night at the glittering S32 disco.
