Booked my holiday for summer through Planet Cruise. Initially the holiday we found had gone up in price so called Planet Cruise to see if we could sort something out and the lady on the phone was incredible. Her name was Lou and she was fantastic. She spent a long time doing everything she could to get our original offer back on the holiday and when she couldn't she helped me find numerous other deals that were within my budget around similar dates and going to similar places. She then put no pressure on me to book any of these just told me to call back at any time if I was interested in any of those. We did end up choosing one and Lou gave me so much advice and answered all of my questions and concerns and even helped me choose a cabin talking about the pros and cons of each. As someone that really struggles when booking holidays. She made this process so smooth and easy for me and I am so appreciative that took the time to make sure that I was happy with everything. I would definitely recommend. If booking a cruise in future I will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much to Lou
