If your cruise has been cancelled

"Friendly and helpful response by phone when rebooking our cancelled Marella cruise for a date next year instead. We were able to secure a suite with a nominal balance to pay. We also asked about re-booking a cancellation with another company and the agent kindly passed us on to an expert who dealt with that cruise line to ensure we got the best service. Excellent customer care as always."
